BorneLabs was founded in 2025 by a group of passionate innovators who saw a need to bridge the gaps between technology, education, and open-source innovation. Their vision was to create an ecosystem where creators, educators, and researchers could collaborate, share resources, and solve real-world problems.

With three core pillars—Software and Solutions Wing, Innovation and Exploration Wing, and Education and Outreach Wing—BorneLabs aimed to develop impactful software, showcase open-source innovations, and inspire the next generation of creators. The organization quickly became a hub for collaboration, hosting hackathons and building successful tools and educational programs.
